Merry Christmas!

Sorry this post is so late, but this season has been super hectic! Our first Christmas as husband and wife was so wonderful! We decorated our house both in and out with lots of Dept 56 houses and a beautiful tree.

Chris and I spent Christmas Eve morning together opening gifts at our house (you'll see lots of Star Wars stuff for Chris...and a Wii of course...and a much wanted Michael Kors bag for me). Then Christmas Eve night we went to my brother-in-law's family's house where we had a wonderful italian meal of the 7 fishes...we love spending Christmas Eve with the Orlowski's...their laughter is contagious. We spent that night at my Mom's house waiting for Santa to deliver the presents. In the morning we opened gifts with my Mom and Bob, and Jen and Erik. Then we headed back to our house where we cooked Christmas dinner for my Dad, Aunt Elin and Jen and Erik...thanks to Chef Erik for all of his help!! All in all it was a wonderful Christmas in our new house as Husband and Wife.

We can't wait to celebrate the New Year together!

Our Wedding Photographer is Amazing!

We got our proofs this week from Jose Villa, our incredibly talented wedding photographer. There are nearly 1,200 of them!!! I have posted some here for you all to see. After we pick our photos, he will also be doing his own slideshow of us on his website...I'll keep you posted.

White Lights Big City

This past weekend we went into NYC to celebrate our friend Christi's 30th B-day. We had dinner at Wolfgang's (super yummy steakhouse) and then went to see Blue Man Group. Everyone had a great time.! Happy 30th to Christi!!!

Sunday Chris and I woke up to a yard full of snow! Our first white winter living in the new house and it was beautiful. We spent the day putting up Christmas lights outside - we love having a house to decorate for Christmas! We have a couple more things to put up outside and now it's time to do the inside, which I think I'll tackle this week while Chris is away on business in CA. We are so happy to be hosting Christmas dinner this year in our new house...and as newlyweds...for my sister Jen, her husband Erik, and my Dad and aunt Elin! I've already started planning the menu :)
